Conditions of acceptance of the fruit for its conditioning
Striped Fruit: Superficial scratches are accepted that do not generate damages due to dehydration.
Dehydration: Dehydrated fruit is not accepted.
Roña: Two small scabs are accepted. It is not accepted fruit with scab that presents breakage of the skin.
Maltreatment: Fruit is not accepted with the presence of abuse.
Oil stain: Fruit with presence of oil stain is not accepted.
Anthracnose: Fruit affected by anthracnose is not accepted.
Virosis: It is not accepted.
Trips: It is accepted if it does not exceed 30% of the total surface of the fruit.
Rosada: Fruit that is pink that has lost its turgidity or is soft in some areas is not accepted.
Degree of Maturation: Viche fruit that resembles its color to that of a green apple is not accepted. According to the following graph it is accepted from fruit No. 2 to 5.

TYPE OF TREATMENT
The Gulupa is submitted to the stages of Receipt, Storage, Selection, Cleaning and Disinfection, Packaging and Dispatch

It is recommended not to break the cold chain, store in places separated from strong odors and maintain as much as possible at a temperature around 13º C. For conservation in controlled environments maintain with relative humidity between 65 – 70%.

The pallet should be composed of a tower 288 boxes which are made up of a base of 16 boxes by 18 rows high.
The cold chain must be maintained throughout the transportation process.
FORM OF CONSUMPTION
The Gulupa can be eaten fresh, cutting it in half and eating the pulp with a spoon, you can eat it alone or adding cream and sugar. It is also delicious in salads or in nectar, pressing the pulp over a colander and adding water. The sifted pulp can also be used to make jellies, jams, sauces, cocktails and ice cream.
