It is recommended not to break the cold chain, store in places separated from strong odors and maintain as much as possible at a temperature around 13º C. For conservation in controlled environments maintain with relative humidity between 65 – 70%.

FORM OF CONSUMPTION
The Tamarillo can be eaten fresh, by peeling and cutting it into slices or cutting it in half and consuming the pulp with a spoon, it can be covered with sugar or salt depending on taste.
Its most common use is in nectar.
